Chaos has marred the court-ordered re-run election in Enugu South 1 constituency, Enugu State, as hoodlums unleashed mayhem, disrupting the electoral process. While no casualties were reported, the assailants vandalized election materials, obstructing voters from exercising their franchise.
Following a swift response from security agencies, officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were evacuated to safety.
