Newly sworn-in Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Nyesom Wike, took office on Monday and vowed to restore the city’s master plan.
During his first press conference, he announced that land allottees who possess Certificates of Occupancy but haven’t developed the land will have their plots revoked.
This is to make room for those prepared to commence construction.
“If you know you have built where you are not supposed to build, it will go down”, he said.
