Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is attending the Peoples Democratic Party‘s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.
The NEC meeting is currently taking place at the PDP’s national secretariat in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
Former Vice President Namadi Sambo is also present at the event.
The NEC meeting also includes current and former party governors.
Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), was not present at the meeting when this report was filed.
On Wednesday, Atiku and Wike attended the party’s national caucus meeting, which was held at the Bauchi Governor’s Lodge in Abuja’s Asokoro district.
