Marc Agnifilo, the attorney representing disgraced rapper and music executive Sean Combs, aka Diddy, has addressed the discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil found in Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion during a March raid by federal agents.
Federal authorities had initially suggested that the baby oil was intended for use in notorious parties known as “freak offs.” However, in a new TMZ Studios documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo clarified that the large quantity of baby oil was simply for personal, family use, attributing the purchase to Diddy’s habit of buying in bulk.
“He has a big house, and he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo explained.
The lawyer also refuted claims about Diddy’s “freak offs,” stating that they usually involved threesomes with Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male, rather than large-scale orgies as alleged by federal authorities.
This comes after Diddy’s recent arrest by Homeland Security on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. The Bad Boy Records mogul has denied all the allegations and entered a not-guilty plea on September 17.
Despite his plea, Diddy’s requests for bail have been rejected twice, and he has reportedly been placed on suicide watch as he awaits trial.
