As heavy rainfall continues for the past three days, several counties across the country have been submerged, and there are concerns that the death toll may increase.

The interior ministry has instructed more than 6,400 residents in Goesan county to evacuate as the Goesan Dam reached its capacity and flooded nearby villages.
