Police arrest over 100 gay suspects holding wedding in Delta

The Delta State Police Command has announced the arrest of over 100 gay suspects during a gay wedding ceremony at a Delta State hotel.

The state police announced their arrests on Facebook and stated that the suspects would be paraded shortly.

“Delta State Command has arrested over a hundred gay suspects in a hotel carrying out a gay wedding ceremony.

We will be going live shortly on Facebook to parade the said suspects,” it captioned.

Remember that since the anti-gay law was passed in 2014, homosexuals in the country have been arrested and paraded by security forces.

On December 31, 2021, police arrested homosexuals in a hidden brothel in Isolo, Lagos.

In the year 2022, 19 young people were arrested in Kano for allegedly attending a same-sex wedding.
