Veteran singer Onyeka Onwenu, popularly known as the Elegant Stallion, will be laid to rest in Lagos today.
Onwenu tragically passed away on July 30 after collapsing at Reddington Hospital, Ikeja, shortly after performing at Dr. Stella Okoli’s birthday celebration, the Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
The funeral service, as announced by her family, will be held at the Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, followed by a private burial at a vault in Ikoyi.
The funeral flyer also indicates that the Service of Songs is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the burial taking place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
