Renowned actor Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, takes to Instagram to express his frustration with the constant influx of begging messages in his DMs.
In a video on his official Instagram page, Aki appeals to his followers and the public to refrain from making financial demands.
Acknowledging the economic challenges faced by Nigerians, Aki emphasizes that he cannot cater to everyone’s needs.
He highlights the absurdity of the situation, mentioning that someone even asked him for ₦29 million.
“The problem is that it is not just Nigerians. You guys have made it look like we have this money packed somewhere. Like it is a must that we cater for your needs; No! It is not a must. This economic crunch is biting everybody,” the actor continued.
The veteran actor sheds light on the overwhelming number of people soliciting money, including infiltrating his emails.
Describing his DMs as “crazy” due to the excessive begging messages, Aki calls for an end to this behavior.
