Nigerian musician Mohbad passes on at 27

llerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba known professionally as Mohbad is dead.

A statement released on the singer’s Twitter account on Tuesday night, September 12 2023, officially confirmed the news.

However, the cause of his death was not stated.

Mohbad was previously associated with Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” but parted ways with the label in 2022. He had gained significant recognition for his hit tracks like “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and the collaboration with Rexxie on “KPK (Ko Por Ke).”
