Popular Nigerian singer and record producer, Tekno, has refuted claims that he collapsed while performing on stage.
On Tuesday, reports surfaced alleging that Tekno, who is currently on tour, had collapsed during a live performance in South Africa. A viral video circulating online showed several men carrying a collapsed singer, leading to widespread speculation.
However, Tekno took to his Instagram page to clarify the situation, assuring his fans that he is in good health and not in South Africa.
“Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa. I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and okay. Thank you, guys. Love you,” he wrote.
