I used ‘Brotherhood’ to test my acting skills – Basketmouth

Renowned Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha, professionally known as Basketmouth, has revealed that his role in the blockbuster movie ‘Brotherhood’ was a deliberate move to test his acting abilities.

He said even though he is not fully into acting, he will consider returning to the screens if he gets another good script.

Speaking in his latest interview online, the comedian said 2024 will be a year to remember because of the exciting projects he has lined up for release.

“I featured in ‘Brotherhood’ because I was curious to see if I could pull it off, and I want to believe I did. I just might take a shot at acting again when I get a good script with a daring character.
“I have some exciting projects coming up. My team and I have been working tirelessly for a couple of years now preparing for 2024.

“I have been a comedian for 25 years now, and I believe it is time to explore new opportunities in movies and music,” he said.
