Hilda Baci congratulates Irish Chef, Alan Fisher

Chef Hilda Baci has congratulated Irish Chef, Alan Fisher, after he was announced as the Guinness World Records (GWR) holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual and longest baking marathon (individual).

Fisher cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant in Japan, breaking the previous record. Baci, the former record holder, extended her congratulations to Alan Fisher for his achievement in a post on her X account.

She wrote, “Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder!”
