In the early hours of Wednesday, the Adamawa State Police Command headquarters in Yola came under attack, causing panic in the state capital.
The attack, which lasted for about 30 minutes, occurred at the Police Command headquarters located in the Jimeta community.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, confirmed the incident, stating that the attack was repelled, but the identities of the attackers were unknown.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the attack and identify those responsible.
