Minister of Works David Umahi says President Bola Tinubu will lead the country for eight years.
Umahi spoke on Channels Television‘s Sunday Politics programme.
Tinubu’s presidential election victory in 2023 was described as “divine” by the former governor of Ebonyi state.
He stated that the president is working hard to make amends for past mistakes and return the country to its citizens.
Umahi said:
“You called me a pastor, but I am also a prophet, and you must know the coming of Mr. President is divine and when God starts a thing, he completes it,”
“I strongly believe, and I am persuaded to let you know that God told me that this administration will last eight years because this administration is born of God, and you can see the miracles Mr President is doing to right all the wrongs.
“He is giving back this country to Nigerians and that is simply what Mr. President has come to do. We are just there to support him.”
He also stated that some national assembly members are “very” critical of the concrete technology proposed for various road projects across the country.
He said:
“On the technology of concrete (for roads), I am very happy that the national assembly members — some of them are very critical of the technology of concrete.”
