DJ Cuppy relishes appointment by British monarchy

Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has expressed her delight over her recent appointment as an International Ambassador for King’s Trust by British monarch, King Charles III.

DJ Cuppy was appointed by King Charles III during a reception at Buckingham Palace on Friday in celebration of The King’s Trust Awards 2024.

Reacting to her appointment, DJ Cuppy shared her honor and pride in assuming the new role.

Posting a picture of herself with King Charles III on her X handle, she wrote: “Honoured to have been invited for a special reception with His Majesty the King, at Buckingham Palace. I am so proud to be a @KingsTrustInt Ambassador.”
