AFCON 2023 host Cote d’Ivoire beat Guinea-Bissau 2-0 in the opening match on Saturday.
The goals were scored by Seko Fofana in the fifth minute and Jean Philippe Krasso on 59 minutes.
Cote d’Ivoire plays in Group A with Nigeria, Guinea-Bissau and Equatorial Guinea.
