Organizers of Big Brother Naija have announced that season nine of the reality TV show will kick off in July 2024.
They made the announcement in a post shared on their official X account on Sunday, June 30, 2024. The theme of the new edition was teased in a creative photo.

This announcement comes amid controversy over the failure of the season seven Level Up edition’s sponsors to fulfill their promises to the winner, Phyna.
