President Bola Tinubu and his entourage arrived in Cape Town, South Africa, late Monday to attend the 11th session of the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC).
Tinubu was welcomed by South Africa’s Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Roland Lamola, and Nigeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu.
The BNC discussions with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will cover a wide range of topics, including political consultations, consular and migration, banking and finance, defence and security, manufacturing, the social sector, mines and energy, and trade and investment.
The Nigeria-South Africa BNC was founded in 1999 to foster bilateral friendship and collaboration.
