Singer Tiwa Savage has finally addressed rumors saying that she doesn’t support her female colleagues in the music industry.
Amidst claims on social media that Nigerian female artists lack mutual support, Tiwa Savage took to her Instagram account to address the issue. Responding to a fan’s observation that she has collaborated with numerous female artists, Tiwa Savage rebutted the narrative that she doesn’t support her fellow female musicians.
In her response, she stated, “But they always want to say Tiwa Savage does not like or support female artistes. Please who has more female collabs and there is sooo many more not even listed here. Y’all miss me with that bull sh$t narrative, I dey hustle money on my mind.”
Tiwa Savage recently teased an upcoming collaboration with Simi titled ‘Men Are Crazy.’ This adds to her list of previous collaborations with female artists such as Waje, Ayra Starr, Efya, Amaare, and Becca.
